USE ON TRAINING DAYS ONLY. DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DOSE. TO AVOID SLEEPLESSNESS, DO NOT TAKE WITHIN FOUR (4) HOURS OF BEDTIME. Take 1 serving (1 scoop), mix in 6-8 oz of water, and take 15-30 mins before exercise.
